College of the Mainland is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges to award associate and baccalaureate degrees and certificates. The Commission is to be contacted only if there is evidence that appears to support the institution’s significant non-compliance with a requirement or standard.

Sexual Misconduct Information and Reporting
Any student who believes that he or she has experienced or that another student has experienced sexual harassment, sexual assault, dating violence, stalking, or other inappropriate conduct of a sexual or gender-based nature should immediately report the alleged acts to the Title IX Coordinator, another employee, or submit a report electronically.
